Strategic Project Manager (Acquiring) in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities:

• Searching for ideas, developing concepts to improve existing services and create completely new, competitive products
• Developing and creating solutions and projects that help effectively retain customers
• Creating impeccable customer experience
• Complex analysis and control of key financial and business indicators that help make the necessary decisions

Main requirements:

• Higher education (economics, finance, applied mathematics or IT)
• Successful experience in Project Management or Analytics in the field of banking, payment or Fintech products
• Experience with BI tools and/or SQL (will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of the basics of business analysis and/or project management
• Basic knowledge of legislation
• Skills to build effective communication with representatives of different departments Bank
• Understanding the country's client environment in the small, medium and corporate business of acquiring and lending
• High analytical skills: the ability to systematize and transform large amounts of information into specific business solutions
• A confident user of PC, MS Office or Libre, PowerPoint, Google services (sheets, documents, mail, calendar, etc.)
