We are holding a competition for the position of "Strategic Policy Implementation Manager" for the team of the Office of Partnerships and Cooperation (Department of Implementation of Strategic Policies). The Office of Partnerships and Cooperation is a consultative and advisory body operating under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. One of the tasks of the Office is to support the structural divisions of the Ministry of Education and Culture in the process of restoring access to education. This task is handled by the Strategic Policy Implementation department. Main responsibilities: Organization of work processes in the middle of the division. Monitoring and implementation of projects assigned to the division. Planning of resources for projects (time, personnel, materials). Ensuring reporting and control of project performance indicators. Achievements set strategic goals. Implementation and optimization of operational processes within the division. Training and mentoring of the team. Conducting daily, weekly and monthly team meetings (daily updates, weekly reports, problem-solving sessions). Control and risk management within the division or projects Requirements for candidates: Education: bachelor's or master's degree in the field of management, administration, data processing, or related fields. Work experience of 4 years or more as a project manager or operations manager (preferably in the educational sector, with public authorities ).Knowledge and experience in implementing various project management methodologies.Experience in risk management and team management, conducting business negotiations, team and project reporting.Experience in managing several separate teams.Proficiency in task and work management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Google Sheets/Docs /Presentation).Proficiency in English at the B2 level.Leadership skills.Willingness to travel.Terms of employment:Official employment.Office location: Kyiv.Competitive salary level.Send your feedback through the site, or call or write to us:Viber , mobile number: 067 376 9506.
