Strategic Planner in McCANN Poland

In 2024, we won 5 Cannes Lions, including the Grand Prix, and were on 14 shortlists, including Titanium. At the D&AD competition, we won 1x Graphite Pencil and 3x Wood Pencil, and we were the first agency in the history of Polish advertising to win the Black Pencil. We won as many as 12 awards in the prestigious The One Show competition, including the main prize Sustainable Development Goals, 2x Merit, 4x Gold Pencil, 4x Silver Pencil, 1x Bronze Pencil.

In 2023, McCANN Poland became the Cannes Lions for Good Agency of the Year. We won 9 Lions: Titanium, Grand Prix, 2 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze. At the Golden Drum International Festival of Creativity 2023, we as McCANN CEE became the network agency of the year. During the WARC Creative 100, our campaign was awarded no. 3 globally in 2023. In The Drum ranking, our campaign was awarded no. 1 in the world in the Finance category.

Scope of responsibilities:

· independent strategic service for agency clients and tender projects,

· creating creative briefs and strategic support in working on execution recommendations ,

· supporting the Creation in the search for original, innovative solutions,

· < b> planning communication activities ,

· creating strategies in the field of digital/ SoMe ,

· strategic consulting – also in terms of a broader marketing strategy.

Our expectations:

· minimum one year of experience in the Strategy department in an advertising agency,

· experience in cooperation with the creative department,

· being up to date and following trends in communication ,
