Coordinating and managing the project of production, distribution, analysis and data-driven iteration of UX Magazine website content/articles, social media channels, newsletters, and the Invisible Machines podcast in collaboration with OneReach.ai . Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align on the continually evolving editorial vision for the magazine, podcast and programming.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in content production coordination, curation, promotion and analysis for digital platforms
• A keen eye for detail, unusually balanced by cool, calm confidence and ability to go with the flow — always having a plan and sticking to it, while constantly iterating on it as you get new data
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Ability to work productively, both independently and collaboratively, asynchronously and synchronously, in English.
• Direct experience or relevant experience with coordinating hard to reach, in-demand, celebrities, executives and sought-after tech and media personalities
• Genuine enthusiasm for the highly sought-after opportunity to work in close collaboration with UX Magazine and OneReach.ai teams
• Nice to have: Familiarity and or excitement for AI, UX design principles and technology trends
• Nice to have: Skills for directly contributing to content creation — not just coordinating and planning content, but also creating it: writing and/or design skills.

In this job, you will:

• Curate and produce articles for UX Magazine: finding the articles, scheduling/content planning, and posting articles (WordPress)
• Develop a Watchlist: a list of topics, companies, organizations, people, etc that we believe are relevant infotainment (news/entertaining), thought leadership or practical perspective and tips
• Follow and listen for news related to UX, AI, Conversational Design;
• Create and analyze content drafts for social media in collaboration with the marketing team;
• Social media content creation;
• Work with analytics: track traffic, and analyze data for website and social media analytics;
• Podcast Coordination from idea to launch;
