Manager of strategic analysis (industry benchmarking) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

DTEK is strengthening the business process efficiency team - we are looking for a Strategic Analysis Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business processes and efficiency management processes, industry benchmarking;
• Analysis of business processes and the formation of proposals for improving their efficiency;
• Preparation of proposals for measures that can/should improve business performance indicators;
• Annual development of Goals and participation in the development of KPIs for the company and management;
• Help in optimizing and allocating resources, identifying potential inefficiencies;
• Quarterly Challenged plans and goals, operational control of achievement;
• Normalization of goals and results to external factors;
• Analysis of results (Performance Review) and assessment of the level of achievement of business goals and risks of non-fulfillment;
• Development of management plans together with line management risks;
• Methodological organization and support of Businesses in building effective business processes.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economic direction);
• Work experience of 3 years in the direction of analytics, performance management, operational improvements, strategy, financial modeling;
• Knowledge and experience of business modeling;
• Experience in analyzing the results of Performance management (as an added advantage);
• Profound skills in Excel;
• Analytical and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English upper-intermediate levels and above.
