Production and trade agrocompany with its own chain of branded stores selling farm chicken Happy Chickenin touch with active development, we are looking for a store opening project manager (with own car) to join our team.

Main tasks:

• Search and analysis of offers on the commercial real estate market.
< Searching for locations for new stores, assessing their technical condition, network parameters, calculating the opening investment budget. local self-government bodies, representation of the company's interests in state authorities.
• Discussion, agreement, conclusion of lease agreements, collection of necessary documentation.
• Selection of project and other outsourcing organizations for the production of project documentation, implementation construction, repair, electrical installation works, etc.
• Project management, nstopping tasks, coordinating actions and controlling the work performed by contractors in terms of quality, deadlines and budgets;
• Cross-functional interaction with store opening company employees.
•  Development and implementation of regulations and procedures for opening stores.
• Settlement of disputed situations with real estate owners.

• Relevant experience of 5 years or more in opening stores - a must!
• Knowledge and understanding of retail management principles.
• Own a car.
• Ability to analyze and present information.
• Responsibility, ability to work, ability to make decisions.
