Store manager (Vinogradar) in Pethouse

My name is Elena, I am the operations director at Pethouse. 

What will be in your area of responsibility:

• work with cash register, reporting and documentation;

• reception and display of goods according to the planogram, inventory; text-decoration: none">ensuring price tags;

• providing feedback and service quality; style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  communication with store guests and solving non-standard situations;

• creating a friendly atmosphere in the store and developing the location as a place where you want to return.

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2 years of work experience as a store manager or administrator;

• fluency in the Ukrainian language;

• knowledge and understanding of store operations;

• experience working with a team, providing feedback;

• high level of responsibility, organization and communication skills;

• kindness, empathy and customer orientation.

And most importantly, sincere love for animals. The tails will not live in the store, but will often come together with their pet parents, so it is important to be able to interact with them, choose comfortable harnesses, treat them with goodies and just genuinely enjoy communication. If you have an inner connection with animals - we are definitely on the same page.
