Store manager on the Etsy marketplace, SEO, e-commerce in Welcome, Ivent studiya

Hello! This is the Proyav.ua team. We have been manufacturing led-neon signs for 4 years. Our signs shine in more than 15 countries. Our products are sold abroad on the Etsy platform.  We are looking for a manager with experience in marketplaces and e-commerce (Rozetka and Prom also count) with knowledge of English, who can effectively manage our stores, optimize their work and increase sales.

What will you need to do:

• Management and support for multiple shops on the Etsy platform, including regular product updates. (in English)
• Filling and optimizing listings to achieve TOP search positions on Etsy.
• Setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns on Etsy.
• Using Pinterest for promoting products and increasing traffic to stores.
• Working with a designer to create visualizations of new listings
• Responding to customer inquiries (in English)
• Analyzing market trends using Google Trends to identify promising products and keywords.
• Work with tags to improve the visibility of products in search.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide a high level of service.
• Order processing, coordination with production and logistics.
