Requirements:

• experience in a managerial position, experience in retail trade is preferred;
• successful team building experience;
• ability and desire to train staff;
• leader who knows how to achieve the set goal and lead by yourself;
• work in a team and for the result.

Omain responsibilities:

• organization of the efficient operation of the store;
• ensuring quality customer service;
• training and development of store personnel;
• ensuring the fulfillment of planned indicators;
• interaction with controlling and inspecting bodies.

• work schedule 2/2, 3/3 from 8:00 to 21:00, possible 5/2 from 8:00 to 18:00
