Duties that we will entrust:

• Lead the store and ensure the fulfillment of planned indicators;
• Build and monitor compliance with store business processes, service and merchandising standards;
• Promptly create an effective model of customer traffic formation;
• Build long-term, proactive service relationships with customers;
• Team building with the help of the HR department;
• Organization of events with the help of the marketing department.

Professional and personal qualities that our candidate MUST have:

• Successful experience in managing a clothing/shoe store for more than 3 years and managing a team for more than 5 persons;
• Good, practical experience of data analysis, work with financial indicators;
• Curiosity and courage to work in changing circumstances;
• High level of communication skills;
• Experience in management and recruitment, ability to create, unite, train and motivate a team;
• Experienced PC user;
• Internal aesthetics and sense of harmony;
• Entrepreneurial vision and result orientation;
• Love for people.
