STORE MANAGER

Areas of responsibility:

• Formation effective team (selection, adaptation, training, coordination and control of personnel);
• Ensuring maximum attractiveness of the store for customers in accordance with the Company's corporate standards;
• Control and maintenance of TMC;
• Ordering goods and control of product supply.

We expect:

• Effective achievement of results based on the main indicators of work in previous positions;
• Availability of successful management experience of at least 1 year in food retail trade;

• Availability of higher education (mainly in the field of trade, economics, finance, management);
• Availability of work experience in PC at the level of a confident user (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, preferably knowledge of 1C: Trade and warehouse);
• Willingness to learn.
