We are currently inviting you to join our team as a Showroom Administrator in the city of Kyiv in theOcean Plaza Shopping Center.

What will you do:

• internal processes of the showroom
• visitor service, sales
• stocking
• personnel management
• financial analysis and control
• crisis management
• mentoring and team development

What we offer:

• salary: 40,000-45,000 UAH (rate + bonuses)
• schedule: 5/2, two shifts from 9:00 to 19:00, from 12:00 to 22:00
• trial period - 2 months, which is paid

What we expect from you:

• work experience of 1 year in a similar position
• knowledge and understanding of the basics of sales
• knowledge of the PC structure
• computer literacy
• willingness to take responsibility for the actions and results of the team
• vision of the goal and directions of team development
• openness to communication with all team members
• ability to motivate the team to achieve common goals and high results
