Data Processing Technology Division specializes in building and managing infrastructure and IT services including data centers, supercomputer clusters, BigData and AI platforms , cloud systems and data storage and management systems. Our systems are used by users in Poland and Europe, and supercomputers and storage systems are on the lists of the fastest systems in the world - TOP500 and IO500.

Expected qualifications are:

• higher education (preferred IT or related studies; it is possible to establish cooperation also with students of last years);
• good knowledge of Linux operating systems, enabling the administration of servers for data storage and data management services;
• knowledge of automation techniques (minimum Ansible);
• ability to independently solve problems and design systems;
• commitment and open approach to assigned tasks.

Qualifications welcome:

• Experience with traditional data storage systems: SAN networks, disk arrays (FC, iSCSI), file systems (Lustre, NFS/pNFS, ZFS);
• Experience with open data storage systems: the so-called Software Defined Storage: Ceph, MinIO;
• Knowledge of modern network technologies (Ethernet, RoCE, Infiniband)
• experience with virtualization systems (e.g. KVM, VMWare);
• experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, Graylog, Prometheus);
• good knowledge of English.
