- Master/Bachelor degree in business administration with focus on financial accounting or finance, tax
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in finance and accounting
- Min. 3 years of leadership experience in SSC/BPO environment
- Highly familiar with accounting rules according to German HGB
- ACCA studies will be an asset
- Very good English skills
- Good German skills will be an asset
- Experience with SAP FI (SAP CO, SAP MM and SAP BW-BCS will be an asset)
- Very good Excel knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
