  • Master/Bachelor degree in business administration with focus on financial accounting or finance, tax
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in finance and accounting
  • Min. 3 years of leadership experience in SSC/BPO environment
  • Highly familiar with accounting rules according to German HGB
  • ACCA studies will be an asset
  • Very good English skills
  • Good German skills will be an asset
  • Experience with SAP FI (SAP CO, SAP MM and SAP BW-BCS will be an asset)
  • Very good Excel knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
