State expert of the expert group on digital development in Nova derzhavna sluzhba Ukrayini (NADS)

Requirements: Mandatory requirements: citizenship of Ukraine; higher education, not lower than a bachelor's degree, junior bachelor's degree; fluency in the state language. Responsibilities: carrying out analysis of cases on issues technical support of information systems and technologies in the field of public service, which belongs to the competence of the NADS, in order to identify problems based on the study of statistical data, appeals from state bodies, appeals from citizens, other sources of information; implementation of monitoring, evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of state policy in the field of public administration services, in particular on the issues of technical support of systems and technologies in the field that belongs to the competence of the NADS, according to the specified indicators of the achievement of the set goals, preparation of relevant proposals for continuation or correction; participation in the preparation of the development strategy, technical tasks, substantiation of estimated calculations of network and server equipment , software, organization of obtaining and updating licenses, certificates for the needs of the human resources management information system in state bodies; carrying out an analysis of current legal acts with the aim of identifying gaps and inconsistencies, summarizing the practice of applying legislation, developing proposals for its improvement, and preparing relevant projects of legislative acts, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the NADS on issues assigned to the competence of the expert group; development and approval of draft contracts.
