What will you do:

• Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Publish vacancies on various platforms.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates.
  • li>Evaluate the professional and personal qualities of candidates.
  • Maintain a database of candidates.
• Organization of adaptation new employees:
  • Develop adaptation programs for new employees.
  • Conduct training and familiarization with the company.
  • Provide support and assistance to new employees.

• Personnel management:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of personnel management policies.
  • Manage document flow on personnel matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of corporate events.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a HR manager (or without).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Responsibility, organization and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and the basics of personnel management.
