Responsibilities include working with our business development stakeholders inidentify customer resource requirements and collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Software vendors tobuild pipelines ofcandidates that meet customer requirements. The successful candidate will own the staffing processes aswell asdrive continuous improvement ofthese processes. Essential Duties &Responsibilities Leadership: —Provide clear direction, guidance, and mentorship tothe Staffing Team. —Foster acollaborative and high-performance team culture within the Staffing Team. —Assess the capacity and workload ofthe Staffing Team toensure the workload isbalanced between the Staffing Team members. Resource management and project staffing: —Lead decision-making processes and activities related tooutsourcing/hiring/internal resources allocation, including the selection ofvendors based onconsiderations ofcost, quality, and location. —Manage requisition requests from hiring managers, Business Unit Directors (BUDs) and Project Managers (PMs), ensuring comprehensive information isreadily available tothe recruitment team, vendors, and interviewers. —Ownership and responsibility for staffing processes, establishing metrics/KPIs and driving efficiencies through process improvement. —Monitor and track the utilization ofinternal resources, ensuring that the capacity ofresources assigned toprojects isfully utilized and paid. —Identify underutilized ornon-billable resources and proactively communicate this list toleadership and business development tofacilitate the efficient allocation ofthese resources tobillable activities. —Accurate and timely reporting ofunderutilized/non-billable internal resources tothe leadership. —Accurate and timely reporting ofprogress regarding the execution offilling requisition requirements. Interview management: —Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, considering everyone’s availability and time zones ifapplicable. —Send out interview invitations, confirmations, and reminders toall parties involved. —Coordinate interview panels byidentifying internal interviewers given their specialization, and capacities, and adding interview panels tothe requisition information for the given role. —Consolidate and analyze interview feedback toidentify candidates for staffing options/client interviews. —Facilitate meetings with interview panels todiscuss candidate assessments, share feedback, and reach aconsensus onhiring decisions. —Provide feedback summaries and insights oncandidates todecision-makers. —Deliver comprehensive training and guidance tointerviewers, ensuring they conduct structuredinterviews aligned with the client’s specific interview criteria and expectations. —Continuously assess the effectiveness ofthe interview process and make recommendations for improvements toprovide the best candidates toclients and improve staffing KPIs. Vendor Relationship Management: —Coordinate with PMs tocollect and maintain up-to-date release dates for vendor resources. —Foster strong and collaborative relationships with key vendors. —Regularly engage with vendors todiscuss ongoing and upcoming resource needs and communicate any issues orconcerns stated byPMs. —Implement vendor performance metrics and KPIs totrack vendor effectiveness and service quality. —Analyze the business models ofcurrent vendors tounderstand their pricing structures and value propositions. —Leverage insights from past vendor engagements tosecure competitive pricing for future staffing. Education &Experience Requirements —Bachelor’s Degree required. —Degree inHuman Resources orequivalent. —Three (3) tofive (5) years work-related experience required inarelevant human resources position, with ahighlight onsoftware technologies, markets, and processes. —Atleast 3years’ experience working inaGlobal Enterprise organization. —Atleast 3years’ experience working inaSoftware Engineering Services organization. —Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
