Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Program Specialist works closely with the manager and technical leaders to ensure the support of the field team (Psychologist and Psychological team). He/she ensures the appropriate quality of services and solutions to all team needs.
Job Description:
The role of the Corporate Wellbeing Specialist is to organize and deliver stress management training and conduct staff wellbeing assessments. The corporate welfare specialist also has additional responsibilities for technical support, reporting and documentation.

The Corporate Wellbeing Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of well-being training and seminars and the development of relevant training materials and documentation based on best global standards, and in close collaboration with the Technical Specialist of the Psychosocial Support Department (MHPSS) and the HR Manager.Priority will be given to candidates with relevant education and technical experience.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
< ul style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Contribute to the maintenance and development of the well-being of staff at all field sites work in the fields and in the offices of the International Medical Corps through the implementation of corporate welfare and related measures.
Schedule meetings of the Staff Welfare Committee, take notes and monitor all processes.
Facilitate stress management, time management and stress management workshops for staff.
Organize team building events and seminars.
Ensure general respect for privacy and confidentiality of informationand employees

Ensure high quality correspondence and communication with colleagues, local partners, other institutions, grantees and government organizations as required and instructions
Contributes to the preparation of proposals and report writing as needed.
Responsible for collecting and reporting on specific program indicators relevant to their area of work.

Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Be ready for business trips to other cities and offices of the International Medical Corps.
