Personnel training manager (Training manager Givenchy&Kenzo) in LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics Ukraine

We are looking for Training manager for Givenchy and Kenzo brands.

Main responsibilities:

• Organization of regular trainings for company and client's Beauty Consultants of Brand products, sales techniques, Brand values, specialized techniques of makeup and skincare, etc.;
• Budgeting of trainings (planning of travel expenses, organization of events, production of all the necessary training materials) control over its use. Ordering of training materials;
• Together with Brand manager - adaptation of an existing brand strategy for the region;
• Participation in implementation of the sales planes;
• Special projects on creating, expanding and effective usage of customers database;
• Organization and control of effective Beauty Consultants work with customers database;
• Effective induction of new Beauty Consultants. Conduct initial training and support of newcomers;
• Development and implementation of regular performance reviews of Beauty Consultants and other employees (required to familiarize all employees with all the novelties of the brand);
• Development of criteria, metrics, (KPI), to identify the quality of knowledge and professional skills of Beauty Consultants. Recommendations for the knowledge and skill sets that meet a certain Brand standards;
• Development and realization of plans for the development of Beauty Consultants. Participation in the development and implementation of motivational programs;
• Maintain contact with Brand training center (Paris), adaptation and timely translation from English into Ukrainian of all necessary information. Drawing up training programs and preparation of didactic materials;
• Organizing and conducting special events for clients, presentations and events for the Beauty Consultants team.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, willingness and interest in working in beauty industry with perfumes and cosmetics;
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, training, teamwork;
• At least 2 years of management experience;
• Successful experience in creating own training and development programmes;
• MS Office User (Excel and Power Point);
• English language - Intermediate level
• Analytical Skills and ability to handle large volumes of data
