Together, we are Talent, Total Rewards, IDEA, HR Tech, People Analytics, People Operations, People Services, Council, and Employee Relations.This is a Fixed Term opportunity and will be based in one of our offices per our "Default Together" policy.What you’ll do:Work alongside a small but dedicated team that competes to find humble, collaborative, razor-sharp industry leaders in technical departments to join our teamCreatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent across the tech departmentsLead, coach, and develop recruiters to support the growth of our Tech organizationsPartner with executives to execute their hiring needs and recruit for management and key roles Collaborate with Talent leadership, HR Business Partners and other cross-functional teams to drive our talent strategyDefine and measure success through data-driven hiring metrics and goals Craft and execute creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting quality diverse talentKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Experience recruiting for a wide array of roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positionsDemonstrated ability influencing senior leadersExperience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rateExperience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and recruiting the very bestExperience mentoring junior teammatesA sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approachWell networked with a deep talent network of diverse talentAbility to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization (i.e. across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audienceOutstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-throughStellar organizational skills, working with a sound sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize various top prioritiesAbility to think operationally and develop processes for efficiencyBroad understanding of general HR requirementsA deep passion for building effective and high-performing teamsEmbodiment of Snap’s values of Kind, Smart, and Creative in all that you do and everyone you interact withMinimum Qualifications:BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience5+ years of recruiting or relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:2+ years experience partnering with executives and management within technical functions4+ years experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, and a CRM)"Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $138,000-$207,000 annually.Zone B:The base salary range for this position is $131,000-$197,000 annually.Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $117,000-$176,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
