Manager for the new store CCC in the shopping center "Retail Park" Mukachevo

Tasks:

• Managing the operation of the store and ensuring the efficient work of the staff
• Ensuring a high level of service customers
• Monitoring product availability on shelves
• Implementation of marketing campaigns and product promotion
• Competitor monitoring and market analysis
• Ensuring compliance with company requirements regarding safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in store management or a similar position
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team and motivate staff to achieve goals
• Knowledge of retail and fundamentals of marketing
• High responsibility and result-oriented
• Knowledge of 1C, Excel, cash discipline
