• Analysis of the market and competitors, development of strategic recommendations to increase the competitiveness of the company on the market of Ukraine and other countries"

• Negotiating with key customers, concluding deals and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Development and approval of sales plans, search and implementation of solutions for their implementation, implementation control

• Organization of the internal baying system, flow analysis, planning

• Analysis and planning of B2C sales: stores, Instagram, e-com

• Increasing the quality and unification of customer experience in all sales channels

• Development of marketing of direct sales channels

• Team development and motivation

• Analysis of possible directions of development, both on the territory of Ukraine and beyond its borders

• Starting and managing new locations in European countries

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of commercial director from 3 years in the field of fashion, experience in forming teams, building processes

• Experience of working with products of the luxury segment, average +, experience of bringing new TM to the markets of Ukraine and EU countries

• Experience of working with retail and with such resources as - Instagram, e-com

• English language proficiency level - B2

• Experience of sales to EU countries, opening networks
