СRM/Retention manager in King Billy

You and I are a perfect match , if:

* You have at least 1.5 years of experience working as a CRM/Retention manager and/or with the mechanics of retention, activation and reactivation of players in the field of gambling;

* You understand and know how to analyze the main indicators of CRM marketing, the player's Lifecycle;

* You have hands-on experience in launching promos: creating or implementing a promo plan, coordinating with design and content teams, setting up mechanics and bonuses in Bekofis and CMS, setting up letters and trigger communications;

* You know how to implement targeted, lifecycle flows and large seasonal promotions for players from planning to launch and performance analysis;

* You work with various communication channels (email, sms, onsite banners, call-center, pop-ups, etc.), you build effective and omnichannel communication with the player

* You have experience in successfully creating requests and implementing changes to the product and platform, coordinating with development teams< /p>

* Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+, you can work very comfortably with English-language content and audience, you understand the context.

Your main tasks:

* Development and implementation of promos to keep customers at the main Lifecycle stages and increase player value: conversion, new player retention, active player, churn prevention & reactivation;< /p>

* Forming requirements for related divisions for the launch of promos (email marketing manager, content & design, operations, BI) and control of execution;

* Regular analysis and optimization of the effectiveness of promos and communications, business project indicators;

* Participation in the planning and launch of new product features and player retention tools, back office and site improvements.
