We are currently looking for a leader of IT infrastructure monitoring systems who will be responsible for the implementation of the new and the development of the current monitoring system of the DTEK group of companies. Form demand, find solutions for monitoring business applications, business services, business processes, implement AIOPS approaches. Propose requirements for the architecture of business solutions and provide expertise to product and project teams. Necessary skills (hard skills): Administration and implementation of service monitoring systems, business processes, business functions: • Understanding and readiness to manage the implementation of AIOPS approaches • Practical experience in implementing Enterprise monitoring solutions such as MSSCOM, PRTG, Dynatrace, IBMInstana, New Relic etc. • Skills in the formation of functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise monitoring solutions, control of their implementation during the development of architecture and implementation of solutions • Understanding of the process and practical experience of configuring/writing integration solutions for the interaction of the core of the monitoring system and components using AI • Understanding of the process and practical experience of setting up and monitoring business applications, business services, of business processes • Programming skills in one language: PowerShell, Perl, Python, Bash, JavaScript, PromQL and understanding of REST, SQL, WMI technologies in the direction of monitoring infrastructure components, cloud components, application health monitoring • Skills in creating a pipeline of monitoring solutions based on ELK Stack, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor. ), Solutions Partner for Data &AI (Azure), Solutions Partner for Digital &App Innovation (Azure) • Linux and Windows 2016/2022 OS administration skills • Skills for setting up monitoring of the K8 infrastructure and relationships built on the database Necessary skills (soft skills): • Ability to clearly communicate your point vision • Analytical and systemic thinking • Effectiveness • Systematic • Ability to prioritize tasks Responsibilities: • Moderation of the development, implementation, adjustment and further operation of the monitoring system according to the needs of the customer • Initiation of changes in the approaches of pre-monitoring and justification of the need for their implementation • Administration of monitoring systems • Analysis of business requirements, health IT systems, business processes, business functions and the implementation of monitoring of such systems • Exchange of knowledge and experience of using monitoring systems with colleagues • Setting up monitoring of existinginfrastructure systems, applications (including Kubernetes infrastructures) • Implementation of AIOPS monitoring approaches and practices, development of testing and justification of investments in tools and methods, formation of a competence center • Creation and support of automation scripts, monitoring tasks • Development of operational documentation We offer: • Official employment • Competitive conditions and a bonus program • Corporate health insurance program • Corporate trainings and external study compensation • English language courses • Employee psychological support program • Remote or hybrid work format at the Unit City Innovation Park We appreciate those who accept challenges.
