Currently we are looking for a leader in IT infrastructure monitoring systems< /strong>, who will be responsible for the implementation of the new and the development of the current monitoring system of the DTEK group of companies. Form demand, find solutions for monitoring business applications, business services, business processes, implement AIOPS approaches. Set requirements for the architecture of business solutions and provide expertise to product and project teams.

Necessary skills (hard skills):

Administration and implementation of monitoring systems services, business processes, business functions:
• Understanding and readiness to manage the implementation of AIOPS approaches
• Practical experience in implementing Enterprise monitoring solutions such as MS SCOM, PRTG, Dynatrace, IBM Instana, New Relic, etc.
• Skills in forming functional and non-functional requirements for Enterprise monitoring solutions, control of their implementation during architecture development and solution implementation
• Understanding of the process and practical experience in configuring/writing integration solutions for the interaction of the core of the monitoring system and components with the use of AI
• Understanding of the process and practical experience of monitoring business applications, business services, business processes
• Programming skills in one of the following languages: PowerShell, Perl, Python, Bash, JavaScript, PromQL and understanding of REST, SQL technologies , WMI in the direction of monitoring infrastructure components, cloud components, application health monitoring
• Skills in creating and maintaining monitoring solutions based on ELK Stack, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
• Understanding features \ experience of working with highly loaded systems
• Understanding of performance optimization challenges, substantiating the business value of relevant monitoring systems

Additional skills that will be an advantage:

• Availability of Amazon certification/ Solutions Partner for Infrastructure (Azure), Solutions Partner for Data & AI (Azure), Solutions Partner for Digital & App Innovation (Azure)
• Linux and Windows 2016 OS administration skills/ 2022
• Skills for configuring K8 monitoring of infrastructure and applications built on its basis

Responsibilities:

• Moderation of the development, implementation, configuration and further operation of the monitoring system according to the needs of the customer
• Initiation of changes inapproaches to monitoring and justification of the need for their implementation
• Administration of monitoring systems
• Analysis of business requirements, health of IT systems, business processes, business functions and implementation of monitoring of such systems
• Exchange of knowledge and experience using monitoring systems with colleagues
• Setting up monitoring of existing infrastructure systems, applications (including Kubernetes infrastructures)
• Implementation of AIOPS approaches and practices in monitoring, development of testing and justification of investments in tools and methods, formation of a competence center
• Creation and maintenance of automation scripts, monitoring tasks
• Development of operational documentation
