Sr. Full Stack Developer in TrustNet

Responsibilities:We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional to join our product development team. In this role, you will collaborate with teammates in product management, quality assurance/testing, and DevOps to develop and execute development strategies for our SaaS solution. ● Design and develop clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code; ● Develop new functionality and enhancements using everything from AI and API’s to optimize an existing solution. ● Develop efficient software architecture and data structures● Use your prior experience to work within a tightly integrated team to bring user stories to life● Collaborate with CTO, Product manager, UI/UX designer to scope out solutions.● Provide clear and accurate estimations● Development of the software documentation and other artifacts● Assist in enhancing CI/CD pipelineRequirements:We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. You have an inherent curiosity about development, and problem-solving and a passion for bringing ideas and new products to market.● You have strong technical skills in: ● Front end: React, Redux, Material-UI● Back end: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, Redis, Rspec, Docker, Nginx, LimeSurvey ● AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, ElastiCache● Build and Deploy: Jenkins● Unit and integration tests development● Basic Linux experience ● Object-oriented design patterns● REST APIs● Scheduling and monitoring data and computing workflows● Intermediate to Advanced working proficiency in English, both written and verbal is required. All day-to-day communication is in English● You have enthusiasm to work remote with an international startup team; HQ in the US and team members in Europe● You have enough experience and passion for solving technical problems● You have experience optimizing for short-term execution while planning for long-term maintenance.● You have strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills● Attention to detail. No small detail gets past you.● Working hours: This is a full time role +40 hours a week. You should structure your work day so you can collaborate with team members in the USA. Core team hours between 8:30 AM ET to 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday.
