The Sr. Director, People - Pets Best will be a strategic business partner with a hands-on approach that will work alongside leaders to define and develop culture and align strategy, structure, people and processes to drive the desired business outcomes.The Sr. Director, People - Pets Best will build deep relationships and partner with the Pets Best Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment with IPH and Pets Best’s strategic direction in order to optimize human capital solutions at the organization and team levels. The Sr Director, People - Pets Best will also act in the role of primary HRBP, coach, and advisor to the leadership team.The successful candidate will also be a dynamic thought partner to the Senior Leadership Team as well as a builder, with a collaborative, nimble, scrappy, flexible and growth focused orientation.Key Responsibilities:This role will partner with peers in the IPH People model to deliver the following People services and programs to the Pets Best organization:M&A and organizational integration: play a key leadership role in the Pets Best integration into IPH, primarily from a people perspectiveOrganization design, transformation & change management:Work with the senior leadership team to develop and mature the target operating modelBuild transformation initiatives that are focused on bringing the organization to the next levelUnderstand and advise on how much change the organization is capable of handling and effectively working through itTalent Management: collaborate within the team to develop the performance management approach, deploy employee engagement activities, root our DEIB practices in a culture of belonging and develop our leadership development approachTotal Rewards: partner with the total rewards team to develop and deliver total rewards programs to the organizationTalent Acquisition: work together with the talent acquisition team to run the talent attraction and selection process that best aligns capabilities with business needsDay to day business operations: partner with leaders and the people team on run the business activitiesWhat we are looking for:Demonstrated ability to seamlessly move between strategic and tactical in our dynamic growth environmentA natural connector who builds strong relationships with others, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and an ability to communicate clearly and persuasivelyA dynamic, collaborative, and thoughtful organizational and team leaderAbility to partner at all levels of the organization to support business priorities and deliver a top notch employee experience at the same timeExperience leading projects and driving transformation and organizational change management efforts including culture building and M&A integrationDesire to work in a fast paced organization with flexibility to handle multiple priorities along the waySomeone who is a culture carrier that lives and models our organization’s valuesComfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situationsA strong bias for action paired with a continuous improvement mindset with the end-to end employee experience always top of mindStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and WorkdayEducation & Experience:10+ years of Human Resources (People) experience with increasing responsibility in a progressive, high growth and results oriented insurance and/or technology environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field – Advanced degree preferred Show more Show less Должностной уровень Директор Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Кадровое сопровождение Отрасли Страхование
