The Sr. Director, People - Pets Best will be a strategic business partner with a hands-on approach that will work alongside leaders to define and develop culture and align strategy, structure, people and processes to drive the desired business outcomes.The Sr. Director, People - Pets Best will build deep relationships and partner with the Pets Best Senior Leadership Team to ensure alignment with IPH and Pets Best’s strategic direction in order to optimize human capital solutions at the organization and team levels.
