Synapse Team is a senior team whose portfolio includes implementation of solutions for B2B/B2C in various branches of global business .

Key Responsibilities:
1. DBA tasks: Monitor the health of servers, perform standard operations of backups, recovery, security management, and be able to monitor server maintenance.

2. Optimization of requests. know techniques for optimization.

3. TroubleShooting.

4. Assistance or consultation for developers.

5. Database Management: Install, configure, and manage SQL databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

6. Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning, index management, and resource allocation.

7. Security: Implement and maintain database security measures, including user access controls, data encryption, and regular security audits.

8. Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.

9. Maintenance: Plan and execute regular database maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and upgrades.

10. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve database issues, including data corruption, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems. 11. Data Integration: Support data integration processes and ensure seamless data flow between systems. 12. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database configurations, procedures, and policies. 13. Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to support database-related activities and projects. 14. Compliance: Ensure database systems comply with internal policies and external regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator or similar role.

Technical Skills:

— Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).

— Strong understanding of database architecture, indexing, and query optimization.

— Experience with database backup and recovery solutions.

— Knowledge of database security practices.

— Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques.

Soft Skills:

— Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

— Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

— Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
