SQL Analyst (Power BI, Tableau) in Ukrposhta

Right now we are looking for a SQL Analyst

Your tasks:

Data collection, processing and analysis

Collection, verification, structuring and validation of data from internal IT systems

Analysis of current and historical performance indicators

Identification of trends, deviations, bottlenecks in the work of services, preparation of reasonable conclusions for management decisions

Preparation of reports and visualization

Formation of operational, tactical and strategic reporting at the request of management and methodological group

Creation dashboards and analytical reports using BI tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel Power Query, etc.)

Preparation of periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly reporting), including presentation materials for management

Analytical support of process development

Participation in the support of methodological initiatives, providing quantitative justification for changes to policies, regulations, standards

Evaluation of the effectiveness of process solutions after their implementation (before/after analysis, comparison of metrics)

Assistance in calculations and updating of performance indicators

Cooperation and cross-functional interaction

Interaction with heads of IT departments and business representatives regarding the consolidation of reporting requirements

Building analytical support cross-functional interaction of divisions

Supporting audits and internal audits: preparation of data, explanations, extracts from systems and agreed analytical conclusions discipline

Practical work experience in the field of analytics, operational analysis - from 2 years

Experience of working with data from IT systems

Desirable - experience of KPI analytics and participation in the implementation of reporting

Knowledge of the basics of ITIL

Knowledge of the principles of KPI definition and control, interpretation of operational metrics, standard reports

Experience of working with BI analytics tools: Power BI, Google Data Studio, Excel Power Query, Tableau or similar

Confident command of Excel/Google Sheets: summary tables, formulas, processing of large data arrays

Knowledge of SQL - will be an advantage

Analytical thinking, ability to find patterns and form conclusions based on data

High level of self-organization - ability to lead several reporting areas in parallel

Responsibilityfor the accuracy and logic of the data in the reports

Communication - the ability to interact with business users and technical teams simultaneously

Willingness to quickly learn new systems, standards and approaches
