Responsibilities: being honest and responsible; bet hedging; maintaining and controlling the necessary reporting; working with forks! quickly perceive information; analysis of the quality of accounts (viability/risks); always being in touch; know what and when each employee in the team does and what the result is; building a department work system and monitoring its efficiency (KPI conclusion); building a system of motivating employees; supporting and training the team.
