We are establishing an R&D center in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement mathematical models for calculating odds across different sports and markets. Collaborate with other developers, traders, and analysts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our odds and pricing. Continuously monitor and refine our models to ensure they are up-to-date and reflective of current market conditions. Work with large datasets and statistical software to extract insights and inform our pricing decisions. Communicate complex mathematical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. REQUIREMENTSA degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related field. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets. Experience developing mathematical models for sports betting or related industries. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java / .NET / Python. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders. Familiarity with sports betting markets and industry trends is a plus.
