Growe is waiting for those who want to: —Process notifications in a timely and efficient manner (initiated for sports players); —Segment users according to procedures; —Process internal and external team requests; — Respond to requests from other departments to a special communication channel; —Process additional research tasks; —Analyze decisions made in the past and correct mistakes; —Notify the manager about anomalies or problems (regarding players, games, bonus companies); — Find new methods of detecting fraudulent users; — To cover the risk of cases of low and medium complexity. We need your professional experience: —Experience in risk management of fintech niche will be an advantage; — The possibility to work in shifts (including evening dances); —Flexible analytical mindset and non-standard thinking is a great advantage; —Excellent calculation and Excel skills; —English level—Upper-Intermediate.
