Sport Product Manager in TrueLabel

We are opening a sportsbook vertical and as the Sports Product Manager at TrueLabel you will have a unique opportunity to manage a sportsbook product from scratch to going live to exponential growth. You will be in charge of setting the sportbook product vision, authoring product specifications and collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to deliver highest quality sportsbook solution. You will also support and improve the product post-go-live through conducting market research, collecting customers feedback and delivering product improvements

Your responsibility:

- Work with business owners, stakeholders and the rest of the Product team to produce a product vision and road-map to provide a best in class sports product to our customers

- With the use of data and business needs, define and build business cases for the Sports product

- Author best-in-class product specifications at the deepest level of details while keeping the whole solution simple

- Compile and manage sportsbook product roadmap that is aligned with product strategy and set expectations for delivery to stakeholders and customers

- Collaborate with Design team to build outstanding UI designs for the product

- Collaborate with Engineering team on product roadmap execution and post-release technical support

- Ensure highest releases quality before go-live through working with QA team and extensive acceptance testing

- Research and analyse the market, understand competitors and listen to users to impact the product roadmap

- Report sportsbook product roadmap execution status to stakeholders and customers

Our criteria:

- 3+ years of experience in web/mobile product management, including authoring simple crisp clear business and product requirements

- 2+ years in building Sports customer facing products in a similar Sportsbook Product role with a clear track record in improving Sportsbook KPIs

- A data driven mindset to evaluate impact and success

- Someone who thrives at the intersection of Design, Tech and Business

- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives

- Excellent written and verbal English

This role is not for you if:

- You have never worked on a Sportsbook Product

- You have never written business and product specifications

- You do not feel comfortable speaking or writing in English
