SC "Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights" is looking for a specialist in the
Project "Minimum package of integrated social services for families
with children"

Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to
consolidate efforts and improve coordination between organizations of
civil society in Ukraine and their influence on state policy
in the field of ensuring children's rights.

Tasks: Carrying out expert work on the topic "Assessment of community needs regarding the best interests of the child" in communities of Kharkiv region (Blyzniukivska TG, Izyumska TG, Zmiivska TG) relying on open sources of information

Responsibilities:

• Conducting analysis of the situation in communities based on open sources;
• Review and analysis of current Socio-Economic Development Programs, Procedures for Interdepartmental Interaction, mapping results social services, etc.;
• Preparation of an expert opinion on the assessment of the needs of the community, taking into account the principle of the best interests of the child (for each community separately);
• Use of project presentation materials, recommended analytical approaches and tools in the work;
• Submission of final documents within the established deadlines;
• Upon completion, provide the Organizer with an expert opinion on the assessment of the needs of the community regarding the best interests of the child for each community.

Requirements:

• higher education in the relevant educational field
• at least 2 years of coaching experience;
• general experience in the field of social services and social work 5 - 10 years;
• have positive experience of conducting events for social service providers from 3 to 5 years, incl. offline and online;
• high level of knowledge of national legislation on the protection of children's rights, creation and provision of social services;
• excellent presentation/teaching/documentation skills.
