YOUR NEW MAIN TASKS:

• Receiving calls from customers, creating requests and complaints from customers in the SAP system and their solutions;
• Providing information and supporting the sales team in its requests;
• Surveying customers;
• Working with documentation.

DO YOU HAVE THESE SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• I have a secondary or higher education;
• I am sure(- a) user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP (preferred);
• I am stress-resistant, result-oriented, proactive and attentive to details.
