Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources management or marketing

2 years of work experience preferred, but we are open to candidates without experience

Ability to work with documents

Responsibilities:

Organizational and administrative work support of the directorate

Preparation and execution of official documents (memoranda, letters, orders)

Procurement support: tenders, contracts, acts of completed works

HR processes for the directorate: reception, transfers, dismissals, vacations and business trips
