Specialist Resource Planning / SNR Admin (Non-IT) in MODUS X

We are looking for a Resource Specialist who will join the formation of the resource management function in the company's IT using modern technologies and approaches. will monitor productivity and workload, plan staffing. Position functions: - budgeting and forecasting of resources (annual, quarterly, monthly) in the necessary analytics sections; - analysis of resource planning data and actual use of working time using Power Query; - setting up reporting and monitoring indicators , which reflect the efficiency of the use of resources; - improvement of existing processes based on efficiency analysis and identification of opportunities for optimization; - updating of role and driver models, benchmarking; - bench management; - improvement of the time tracking system in the company, taking into account data from the analysis of working time records when calculating resources , development and adjustment of appropriate reporting; - organization and holding of management meetings for decision-making on resource management issues; - preparation of presentations, meeting summaries and control of the implementation of agreements. Necessary professional experience and requirements: - Excel, Power Query; - Understanding of resource management (for example, working time norms, roles in the IT market);- Experience with APQC, Gartner, Computer Economics reviews.
