Specialist (rank) of the personnel department in Starlight Media

And today the Personnel Management Department of Starlight Media invites to its team an experienced (y) specialist (rank) of the personnel department.

Your tasks will be:

• personnel support of group assets: registration of orders for admission, dismissal, transfers, etc.
• registration of sick leave and vacations for employees
• maintenance and registration of personal files
• maintenance of employment books and Issuance of certificates for requests
• maintenance of personnel documentation archive
• preparation of staff list projects and making changes to them< /li>
• submission of personnel reports to state bodies and at the request of management.
• development of reporting forms and modernization of the 1C program personnel accounting issues
• providing answers to the requests of the TCC and JV (in/out led by another specialist)

Our expectations from you:

• have a full university degree and relevant work experience as an HR specialist at least 1 year
• know the legislation on personnel accounting issues, follow changes in the legislation
• confidently work with MS Office, 1С 8.3, M.E.doc
• organize your work independently and effectively plan your time
• high level of communication skills skills
