The vacancy involves a hybrid work schedule with visits to the office in Kyiv, as well as locations where trainings will be held. >

Responsibilities:

  • coordination of English language courses;
  • organization and support of internal and external of trainings (planning of training in accordance with requests, selection of trainers, communication with trainers and participants, preparation of materials);

  • LMS administration, control of mandatory trainings;

  • preparation of training statistics and reports, feedback collection and planning of improvements to current training programs;
  • control of the use of the training budget and organization of settlements with counterparties;
  • assistance with the administration of the process of obtaining professional qualifications.

Requirements:

  • higher education in the field of personnel management, management;
  • work experience as a training and development specialist from 1 year;
  • English language proficiency level from Upper Intermediate and above;
  • experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams );
  • experience using/administering LMS will be an advantage;
  • experience in forming training plans and programs, developing training materials;
  • excellent communication skills, customer orientation, ability to work in conditions of multitasking, attention to details.
