Specialist (rank) in monitoring the direction of housing rental for IDPs and war-affected population in The Right to Protection, CF

Right to Defense (Fund) is a leading human rights NGO that works comprehensively on solving the problems of forced movement and migration, their causes and consequences. Our activities are aimed at protecting the rights of refugees, forced displaced persons, stateless persons and socially disadvantaged sections of the population. Project "Housing for IDPs and Victim of War of the Population" aimed at encouraging IDPs and the population affected by war, before moving from dangerous areas and places of compact residence (hereinafter ICP) As a short -term decision and renting a home, and a decrease in pressure between locals and IDPs, which were evacuated after February 24, 2022, creating conditions for easier integration of displaced persons into local communities. To implement the program, we are looking for a specialist (do) to monitor the city of Zaporozhye (Zaporizhzhya region) . Languages ​​

under the direct guidance of a team leader, an employee should:

• provide consultations in the telephone mode, office and directly in locations, such as a compact settlement (ICP) on the conditions and criteria of the program;
• Identify potential program participants;
• in a timely and fully display information in the system, to register households; l>
• To regularly monitor the fulfillment of the conditions of the program by each household, by traveling to rented housing;
• provide monitoring reports;
• if necessary to perform other duties related with the implementation of the program;
• Understanding and compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Fund Policy.
  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian; ;
  • The ability to collect information according to the goals and objectives of the project;
  • Analytical skills to prepare reporting;
  • Understanding humanitarian principles;

  Preference is given to IDPs due to movement.
