Who are we looking for?

Middle / Senior PPC specialist who:

• manages the result, not just sets up ad cabinets

• thinks with hypotheses, funnels and ROI

• willing to take responsibility for projects and budgets

What will be your responsibilities:

• independent management and scaling of Google Ads(Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

• developmentPPC strategies according to the client's business goals

• deep work with semantics, structures and negative keywords

• creation and testing of selling hypotheses and creatives

• competitor, market and advertising analysis approaches

• optimization of CPL / CPA / ROAS

• configuration and control of analytics:

  • Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Google Tag Manager (in-depth knowledge)

• control correctness of conversions and attribution

• formation of understandable and reasoned reporting for clients

• participation in the development of internal processes of the PPC direction

  (for Seniors - mentoring and influence on the team's strategy)

• work with Looker Studio (Data Studio)

What we expect from you:

• experience in PPC from 2-3 years

• confident work withGoogle Ads on medium and large budgets

• understanding of the performance approach and business metrics

• experience of managing several projects in parallel

• ability to argue the advertising strategy before the client

• systematic, responsible, result-oriented

Will a significant advantage:

• certificates Google Ads

• experience in A/B testing and scaling communications

• successful cases (e-commerce, real estate, finance - a plus)
