Specialist/rank in control of compliance with criteria in the provision of assistance in The Right to Protection, CF

BF "Right to Defense" (Fund) is a charitable organization that focuses on providing assistance internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.  

The Compliance Specialist works remotely and reports to the Registrar Team Leader. 

ResponsibilitiesAssistance compliance specialist provides for the verification of the quality of the Fund's activities, including, but not limited to, the following: text-decoration: none">

Checking internally displaced persons for receiving financial assistance;

Required skills/qualifications

• Higher education (candidates with legal education will be given preference); 

Awareness of humanitarian principles and human rights standards; style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Good communication skills; 

• Tolerance; 

style="font-weight: 400">Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
