"Tenth of April" is a public organization whose activities are aimed at improving protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population affected by the conflict, by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promoting changes in legislation, involving communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and with the support their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups. This activity is supported through partnership with the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR).

Under the leadership of theChief specialist-organizer of social and household services and in close cooperation with other project specialists of the Specialist-organizer of social and household services are entrusted with the following duties:

?- monitor and assess the current needs for improving the conditions of stay of IDPs in places of accommodation (including assessment living conditions, as well as other humanitarian needs of IDPs in the Centers);

- to carry out further support for the improvement of living conditions and humanitarian response in places of accommodation of IDPs;

- carry out activities aimed at improving the self-organization of IDPs in places of compact living;

to make referrals to other specialists for legal, psychological and other types of assistance; weight: 400; text-decoration: none"> create and process documents in accordance with the established methodology;" none"> to select, update, supplement information about the availability and availability of certain services for the recipients of the project;

- make regular visits to the centers/places of accommodation of aid recipients;

- to issue humanitarian and other non-food aid according to the established methodology, if available;

- interact with representatives of authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations, public activists, community representatives for the purpose of initial identification of aid recipients, during the provision of aid to them, to exchange information about opportunities;

- to carry out general monitoring of the availability of rights and freedoms for target categories, to identify facts of discriminatory treatment of aid recipients;

- participate in all meetings, meetings, committees related to the implementation of the project on the instructions of the management;

- submit daily reports on the results of their work and other reports with the frequency set by the Project Manager "Protection of Internally Displaced Persons, Persons Affected by the Conflict, and Community Empowerment" or the President of the Organization.

Requirements for the candidate:

• General understanding of UNHCR's mission and mandate.
• Bachelor's degree in humanities, social sciences or other relevant field. - Experience in humanitarian projects is welcome.
• Knowledge of spoken and written Ukrainian language.
• Knowledge of spoken and written English is welcome.
• Excellent computer skills (must be MS Office).

• Stress resistance and psychological maturity to work with vulnerable categories of citizens.
