The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and monitors the situation of protection of the rights of IDPs, providing legal assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in 22 regions of Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In partnership with the UN Refugee Agency, the Foundation implements a project aimed at developing and implementing effective strategies for social adaptation of IDPs and integration into communities.

- Identification of individuals and families who are potential recipients of social adaptation services.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in social sciences, law, psychology or humanities will be an advantage.
- Understanding current legislation and methods of providing social services.
- Experience in the field of social support or humanitarian work
- Experience in cooperation with state institutions and understanding of the range of their services.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different categories of the population.
- Experience working with internally displaced persons will be an advantage.
- Skills in collecting and analyzing information.
- Knowledge of privacy principles and work with personal data.
