BF "Pravo na otusht" (hereinafter - the Foundation) is a leading human rights organization in Ukraine, specializing in the protection of the rights of internally displaced persons (IDPs), stateless persons and other vulnerable categories of the population. Since the beginning of the military invasion in Eastern Ukraine, the Foundation has been monitoring the situation, providing legal and psychosocial assistance and strengthening the humanitarian response in the affected regions. Today, the Fund implements legal aid and human rights protection programs in almost all regions of Ukraine.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

In partnership with the UN Refugee Agency, the Fund implements a project aimed at developing and implementing effective strategies for social adaptation of IDPs and integration into communities. In order to cover the social problems of such people, the BF "Right to Protection" in partnership with the UN Refugee Agency is implementing the project "Providing protection and assistance services with asylum for IDPs, returnees and the war-affected population in Ukraine". 400">will function within the project "Providing protection and assistance services with shelter for IDPs, returnees and the war-affected population in Ukraine". The main tasks include identifying the needs of affected persons, providing social support for successful relocation and social adaptation.

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identification of individuals and families who are potential recipients of social adaptation services.

  • Providing social services in accordance with the plan. 
  •   bold">PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Higher education in social sciences, law, psychology or humanities will be an advantage. 
    • Understanding current legislation and methods of providing social services. 
    • style="font-weight: 400">Experience working with internally displaced persons will be an advantage. 
    • Skills in collecting and analyzing information. 
    • style="font-weight: 400">Contract until December 302026 (the possibility of extension depends on further funding and personal work results).
    • Work in a leading human rights organization with the possibility of professional development. 
    • Timely payment of wages.
    • Balance between work and personal life.
