The American virtual mobile operator Pond Mobile is looking for candidates for the position of Operator of the technical support service for VIP subscribers. Paid trial period - 1 month. Main responsibilities: Providing first-level subscriber support: receiving and processing subscriber requests, checking the settings of the subscriber's mobile equipment by phone. Registration of subscriber requests, their implementation or transfer of requests to other departments. Support during the sale of services communication (help with setting up the device). Interaction with the technical support of the American provider. Conditions: Location — Kyiv, st. "Osokorky". Work in the office (now remotely). Full employment, official contract between your FOP and the office in the USA. Shift work schedule 2/2, night and day shifts of 12 hours each. The level of salary depends on the level of education and knowledge of a foreign language (from 900 u.o.). Requirements for candidates: Higher education. Experience working with clients. PC at the level of a confident user. Ukrainian and Russian languages ​​- fluent. English spoken and written - Advanced Level. An advantage will be knowledge of other languages ​​(Arabic, French, etc.).
