Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer inquiries using chats, mail and calls
- Monitoring systems for errors and correcting them
- Escalating requests beyond your responsibilities.
Who we need:
- Confident user of PC and office programs (MC Office, Outlook)
- Experience with monitoring system (zabbix, dynatrace, riverbed etc.)
- Understanding and experience of HelpDesk systems
- Good knowledge of OC Windows (10,11, win server)
- Knowledge of network operation (preferred)
- Working with peripheral devices
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with the Active Directory system
- Experience working in a bank or other financial institution institution
- Active user of mobile banking applications
Work schedule:
- stable work schedule — MON-TH — 9:00-18:00, Friday - 9:00-17:00. 400">
