expectations:

  • higher education, incomplete higher
  • experience working with legal entities/ in support of legal entities - at least 6 months
  • experience working in the contact center of a financial or banking institution is welcome
  • knowledge of banking products and services for legal entities persons
  • excellent business communication skills in the Ukrainian language
  • developed organizational and communication skills
  • confident user of the MS Office package
  • knowledge of the Excel program at a basic level
  • average typing speed
  • ability to work with customer objections
  • willingness to communicate with customers and help in solving problems situations

Main tasks:

  • reception of incoming and outgoing calls
  • processing of customer requests in chats, e-mails and social networks regarding the use of products and services The Company
  • searching and providing the client with the optimal solution according to his request
  • conducting customer surveys to receive feedback on the experience of using the Company's products and services
  • informing, advising and accompanying customers on financial monitoring issues
  • receiving electronic applications and documents from customers for their transfer to specialized departments
  • interacting with other departments for prompt resolution of standard and non-standard situations related to customer service
  • support and control of the solution to the customer's request
