Specialist of the supply department / buyer (Hostomel) in Vetropak Ukrayina

We invite a candidate who is looking for a reliable, responsible and leading employer for the Purchasing Specialist, cmt. Gostomel.

Area of responsibility:

• procurement within the categories: transportation of finished products, services (logistics, outsourcing, cleaning), administrative costs
• procurement (full cycle within the limits of one's responsibility) from receiving the application to final delivery;
• managing the tender plan for the responsible categories, filling in and processing the saving score file
• supporting placed orders, if necessary, managing foreign trade (import) processes
• analysis of costs and purchases, proposing improvements, implementing improvements
• developing and implementing procurement strategies
• searching and attracting new suppliers, preparation and negotiations

Wishes for the candidate:

• complete higher education
• work experience in the field of procurement from 3 years
• mastery of MS office (Excel, Power Point), preferably experience with SAP, e-procurement platforms
• intermediate English language - will be an advantage
• negotiation and presentation skills
