Main duties:

• search and selection of personnel for various divisions of the Company;
• interaction with internal recruitment customers from the stage of creating an application to the end of the adaptation period;
• maintenance of databases on processes search and selection of personnel;
• support and development of the database of potential candidates;
• participation in the process of adaptation of new employees.

For us important:

• successful experience of closing vacancies of various levels;

• ability to use modern methods of searching and recruiting personnel, conducting interviews;

• high computer literacy, excellent command of office programs.

• focus on the result, flexibility,communicability, responsibility, concern for the results of own and team work.

Main requirements:

• higher education in personnel management, psychology, law or economics;
• robot experienceand from 1 year;
• knowledge of modern approaches and techniques of recruiting, conducting interviews.
